At Curly's Furniture, we want you to love your home; if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. Please note that items must be in original condition and certain custom-ordered pieces may be subject to a restocking fee.

Return Process

  Contact our customer service team via email or phone with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Authorization.

  Prepare the Item

  Carefully disassemble and repackage the furniture in its original packaging, ensuring all hardware and assembly instructions are included.

  Schedule Pickup or Drop-off

  Depending on the item size, coordinate a convenient home pickup with our delivery team or bring smaller items back to your nearest Curly's Furniture showroom.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the item for damages, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
